Have been wanting to make a post for several days. Have tried a couple times today. Even though I only have Clara today, she’s managing to wake and fuss just when I get settled to write. Hannah’s party Saturday was a success. In spite of her fever, she had a great time. Our house was full with 13 guests at a time, 15 total. Here’s the gallery with pictures. Hannah stayed home today because she had a fever. She got it yesterday on her birthday, poor kid. I hope she is feeling better for her party on Saturday.
She had a mini party last night with cupcakes, presents, and Nana came over to celebrate with us. I’ll add some pictures after I put Hannah down for her nap so you can see her and her presents.

Hannah was home with me all day Wednesday and Thursday… and we had a great time. I took some suggestions for toddler activities from the internet and from Ann. Hannah had so much fun scooping and pouring soap bubbles and painting with shaving cream. I would post a picture but my camera was lost in the couch those two days.
Friday I visited my students and team at work. It was really good to get out and see everyone. I took Clara with me, and they were excited to meet her. I miss work… not ready to go back full time… just bored at home. It’s too lonely.
The worst is Tuesday nights when Clint has bowling. I should get out and do something, but with both girls, going out at night is difficult by myself. This week, I’m gonna try to set something up to do for Tuesday night. I need fun too! Maybe one of my girlfriends could come over or meet for dinner or something.
