Bath time is the best time to get photos and videos now that she’s older. She’s occupied by something other than the camera so one can take pictures of her acting like herself and having fun.

I can tell I recently entered the third trimester of my pregnancy. I’m out of breath more easily. My belly is tight. My body is uncomfortable. The baby’s movements are much more forceful. I haven’t yet felt the rhythmic on off pressure of her hiccups.

We are pretty sure we’re going to go with the name Clara. We both like it, which there are few names that we agree on. I don’t know what to put with it. I’m taking suggestions. Clara Beth was what I first suggested. Clara Ann has been on my mind, and was suggested by my mom today. Of course I have my own reasons that I like it. We’ll see I guess.

Better get to bed for the night, as we have a big afternoon of trick or treating. Hannah’s first Halloween adventure. Should we hit your house? 

Today Hannah is 20 months old. Her favorite website is Starfall’s ABC page. She knows all the letters. Not in order, but by sight. Show her an M, ask her what it is, she’ll tell you.

Her favorite number is 5. She can count in English to 10, and past ten, she adds some of the teens, not necessarily in order. When counting, she often says, "Bive and sixt" twice before going on to "sebin." In Spanish she once counted by herself to cuatro. And she’ll repeat numbers after me. "Cinco, seis…"

She doesn’t know colors or shapes yet. I haven’t spent much time playing with her with colors or shapes.

I never expected that by this age she would know so much. I guess she will be 2 in 4 months.
